We deal with each phase, ranging from picking-up goods (also door-to-door) up to delivery after the fair and vice versa or to third parties (customers of our customers).

Transportation of exhibition material can take place both at full-load or using the groupage method.

Assigning us the undertaking of fair or event projects means having a single point of contact that will be responsible for:

complete planning of logistics;
arranging the handling of everything required for individual exhibitions;
providing a fleet of vehicles suited to the individual loads and the type of goods;
making our logistics centres available;
being responsible for packaging, even for special goods requiring specific packaging;
picking up material at individual exhibitors, both in Italy and abroad;
shipping by land or using an intermodal system;
completing all the necessary paperwork for the entry or exit of loads to or from the various countries;
providing ad hoc insurance cover;
unloading the material in accordance with agreed times and arrangements.

Dedicated vehicle fleet

Display panels, floorings, lighting fixtures, furnishings, desks, samples of every sector and any kind of material of any size or weight. We have vehicles suited to handling any type of goods and materials.

On-time delivery and compliance with safety standards

All fittings are handled with care and properly loaded onto our vehicles in order to ensure they are not damaged, as well as in a practical manner to facilitate the work of all those involved and their immediate assembly.

This is done to speed up the setting-up of the event to which we devote a full team of technicians and professionals who operate on-site in order to arrange whatever is necessary for the start and successful outcome of the event.
